According to the markers given on the webpage (link above) this video would pass the authenticity test especially that there are several people talking and taking videos of these glowing orbs in the sky over Phoenix. Skeptics will agree that it can be ascertained with almost 100% certainty that this video is authentic. But what these actually are in the sky is another issue
Towards the end of the video these glowing objects appear to be slowly moving under intelligent control. There is, however, one significant issue; These are glowing orbs over a major American city: Phoenix, Arizona. The Phoenix Sky harbour International Airport is about 1km from the central city district of Phoenix. If these glowing orbs are powerful lights mounted onto drones for a type of light show over Phoenix...... then air-traffic control at the Phoenix Sky Harbour International airport would have needed to have been notified because these glowing orbs in the sky could be a hazard if they are in a flight path. Also these are very powerful lights running on batteries to be mounted on drones especially that they can be seen in daylight. Considering all of the above it is most probable with 95% certaintly that these glowing orbs in the sky over Phoenix Arizona in 2017 are a technology that's NOT from our world
