Past Leaders Selection Criteria Flowchart

The selection criteria/certification process by which past Leaders of Nations and principalities will be entered into this Book of Life might appear to be obscure at this present time.   With a careful consultation of the message transcribed in October 1975 and also the The Keys Section the following flowchart has been devised and keep in mind that this is a very simple flowchart but it provides a starting point.   Also; this is the one Book that would be reserved for the Guides of Guides to approve the entries.   As can be seen in the flowchart; all references to the message of 1975 and "KEYS" section are given.   Note that the Leader of a Principality could be the Prefects/Mayors of the Principality (past and present)   OR the Governers of a State or Province within a Nation
