The title "Honorary Clown of Humanity" is bestowed upon certain
individuals whom have amassed great wealth OR attained important
positions within the Government of their Nation,(( and thus have access
to their Nations wealth )) AND whom have chosen to spend their wealth
(( or their Nations wealth )) on idiotic nonsence projects which will bring
zero benefit to our humanity. These Honorary Clowns give a whole new meaning
to the saying ; "A fool and his money (( or his Nations Money ))
are soon parted
The first Honorary Clown of Humanity is awarded to the
Russian Billionaire Yuri Milner who is spending ( as of 2015 )
$100 million on a project to transmit messages into space so
he can make contact with E.T's
